This recipe is a chocolate lovers dream, so deliciously rich and satisfying it's sure to soothe even the toughest sweet tooth craving: Chocolate Banana Muffins!
Plus we've leveled up a few of the ingredients with few fun swaps to help you better support your eat better goals without sacrificing any of the delicious flavor!

Ingredients
3 bananas, mashed
1/4 C honey
1 tsp. vanilla
1/3 C nonfat vanilla Greek yogurt
1/3 C coconut oil, melted
1 egg
1 tsp. baking soda
2 Tbsp. cocoa powder
1 & 2/3 C whole wheat flour (or sub with gluten free)
1/3 C mini chocolate chips (or try using chopped walnuts for added protein!)
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Combine mashed banana, honey, vanilla, egg, yogurt and melted coconut oil in a large mixing bowl - blend well with a fork.
Add the baking soda, cocoa powder and whole wheat flour, fold dry ingredients into wet using a large spoon until well combined.
Gently fold in mini chocolate chips (optional).
Line a 12 cup muffin tin with paper liners and fill each 3/4 full with batter.
Bake for 15-18min (or until toothpick comes out clean).
Cool for 10 minutes before serving.
