  • 60 min. classes offered Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings from 6-7pm
  • Receive guided instruction in a small group setting
  • Class sizes limited to 6 participants
  • Modifications are provided for beginner, intermediate and more advanced fitness levels

Small group fitness has been the answer. After an easy fitness assessment, Mindy knew just what areas I needed to work on and was able to help modify the group work to fit me. It was so encouraging to work with a small group of friends who had similar goals and fitness levels. It is fun! Hey, sometimes all you can do is laugh at yourself and push through.

My fitness goal was to build more muscle and to be able to run. Not run very far, but to just run. Due to health issues I had not been able to run for decades. The first time I ran was in one of our workouts at the track. It was not far…but I did it! I felt so good that I signed my Husband and I up for the Bubble Run. He has benefited from my fitness also! We finished the Bubble Run and had a great day. We did not have to run the entire distance to feel like winners, we were winners because we did it!

So I would encourage you to try a Small Group Fitness class. You can make new friends, improve your health, and be a winner whatever your goal is!
